Good luck to all taking part in this weekends Mountain Mayhem race, wish I was joining you all!

A little word of warning to all going, I have been reading on other cycling forums that professional bike thiefs are targetting these types of events and steeling bikes normally at night time when the owner is sleeping. Watch your bike and keep it locked!

24 hours sat on a saddle! You must all be barking mad, I would rather throw my self of a mountain! ;-)
