There are several MTBers camping at Ruthin on the bank holiday weekend- 24th May for the Merida MTB Marathon (various distances from 25-100k). On the Saturday Cycle Active are holding free coaching sessions which are excellent, but must be prebooked. There is also the Gore Road Sportive on the Saturday (90miles) which a few of us are doing.
On Monday we will be heading home via Llandegla trail centre for a whizz round their black route.
