Road and MTB - spoiled for choice!

I would like to do MTB and Road but can be convinced either way.

Ian and Sarah are thinking of doing MTB too.

Start time:
The CycleOps Power Road Sportive will have an open start on 23rd July between 8.30am – 10.00am from the Selkirk RFC.

Distance:
There are two distances to choose from:
standard sportive: approx 40 - 50 mile course
classic sportive: approx 80 - 100 mile course

Entry fee:
£27 or reduced price of £47 if you take part in the discounted ‘weekend ticket’.
Tea and cake will be served at the end as well as at the feed station(s).

MTB Marathon – Selkirk 24th July 2011:

The route will cover four different course lengths:
full marathon – approx 100km course
middle marathon – approx 75km course
half marathon – approx 50km course
mini marathon – approx 25km course

Start time:
The MTB Marathon will start at approx 10.00am on Sunday 24th July at the Selkirk RFC.
Entry fee:
£32, £27 (for Mini Marathon) or £22 (for Mini Marathon if you are under 16 years old) or reduced price of £47 if you take part in the discounted ‘weekend ticket’.

Campground:
Camping will be available (included in the entry fee) from Friday night through to Monday morning at Selkirk RFC. Riders will benefit from all facilities provided at the campground and event village across the weekend. It will be signposted from Friday afternoon onwards.

Not sure who else is coming to that but me and Linda are riding 100k mtb on Sunday, heading to Selkirk on Sat afternoon.
