Headset Cup Press?

Hey guys and gals,

Has anyone got a headset cup press I could pop over and use? I've got a new frame and I'm itching to get it built up! But alas... I don't have all the tools

I've got one you can borrow.

I take it you've used one before? You can wreck your head tube if you don't use it correctly.

Unfortunately I haven't used one before. What should you be careful of when using one?

Would it be ok if I popped round some evening this week or possibly the weekend?
