Peaks Ride 16th/17th October

Hi All,

A couple of my freinds are get married in 15th October (which happens to be my birthday!) in Edale. It'd be rude not to get some riding, while I'm there!

I'm likely to be a little worse for wear, so the plan is for you to travel down on that Saturday (16th) afternoon and camp at the campsite near the Old Nags Head pub in Edale. If the weather is nice possibly a night ride followed by some food/beer in the pub.

Gully has a killer loop in store for us on Sunday. Should take about 5 hours.

Afraid the Edale YHA is all booked out that weekend, so camping it will have to be. We'll have to wrap up warm!

Neecol is coming across for this too. Plan is to arrive sat morning to start riding 1030, camp, nags head, and the Sunday biggie.

Anyone else coming?

We'll be there for some of it. Is the Nag's Head the one by the T Junc?

It's right in Edale; drive up the road that has the rail station on it. Nags head at the top of it.

I have reserved beds on the Saturday night at Yha Edale. Family Tullio plus 6. Please let me know if you want a bed...
