Hi Ian
I crashed my mountain bike. Or technically known as doing a 'face plant', I caught my pedal on a tree stump (I think). Resulting in an afternoon in A&E, broken helmet, stitches, black eye, fuzzy head . Still off work at the moment but I think i am on the mend. Big thanks to nickb and the 2 guys from bob trotter cycles who looked after me.
Oh and most importantly my new bike is not damagaed

Change of plan. Some nice person at work has given me a cold, so I'll see how I feel but I don't expect to make it
