08:00 start this week as going to go a bit further than usual out to the coast. Nice and sunny forecast with little wind, so the perfect opportunity to head east for a "long one" before we hit autumn. Out via Howsham, North Grimston, West Lutton and Burton Flemming to Flamborough Head. Back through Sledmere, Fridaythorpe, Bugthorpe, Buttercrambe and Stockton on the Forest. 08:00 start, 103 miles square to square, should be back in York before 14:00.
