3-Bridges Ride 2017

Post by craigdabrown »

Our traditional "3-Bridges" Ride isn't officially on the Challenge Series list this year but a number of Saturday regulars had asked if we planned to do it at some point.

After some discussion between Bernard and John Bricklebank, it was suggested that we could do it this coming Saturday (the 19th. of August) with 2 (or more, if required) Groups departing The Square at 9am. (sharp).

The groups will be based on the usual Saturday "A" and "K" Ride pace with JohnB leading the "A" Ride and Bernard leading the "K" Ride.

Exact route can vary, depending on who is riding/leading, but distance averages out at around 115 miles and terrain is pretty flat with just a couple of lumps before we reach the Humber Bridge - so always a good ride to do if you want to bag your first 100+ ride.

This is just a heads-up as I'm sure people, far more qualified than myself, will post details of planned routes as the week goes on.
