Scotton 150 - Challenge Ride this Sunday (9th)

Post by Rob »

Like the Scotton 100, but:
50k longer
Starts in York
No timing chips
No entry fee
Fewer riders
Café stop
Clubrun etiquette.

A mix of roads, tracks and bridlepaths. Your choice of weapon: The narrower your tyres, the more you'll have to slow down on the rough stuff. The wider your tyres, the more you'll be slowed on the road sections. Nevertheless, we'll keep everyone together. Was a blast last year.

See you in The Square at 0900.

If you like the sound of this
You might also like to take a look at the Hope Prepeaks event on August 27th. Start at the Hope Factory. Based on the 3 peaks cross race a month later. This one is just as far just as high maybe less of a collar bone smasher. Event for CX and mountain bikes. Something to talk about on Sunday

Thanks for the ride all. 96 miles for me. Wished I'd done an extra 4 but at the time I was just concentrating on forward momentum
