A place to talk about anything! Want to find someone to ride with? Get help on mending things? Organise lifts?

2016 SPOCO TT series. Volunteers required

Post by DavidShort »

Dear All,

Just a quick update. As far as TT admin goes we are good to go. All notifications and risk assessments done. I have updated the 'Organisers' folder for each event, ( a few forms are missing but I will check with Billy who I expect will have some spares). I have also updated the volunteer spreadsheet so it is ready to be filled in. I have started it off, places are limited, book now! It is of course a requirement to organise/marshall to compete in the series.

Last year Martin Willan kindly housed the signs at his home in Sheriff which worked very well for us. I'm not sure whether Martin can offer this for this year but I will check with him.

Here's looking forward to a successful 2016 series and hopefully some new faces to join the ranks of the regulars.

Kind regards David

On the home page go to Thursday night TT Spoco series then look down the page where it says click here for the link to the spreadsheet, I've tried to enter text with my tablet and couldn't but on the computer just double click on the cell where you wish to put your name and it should work and automatically save.

Apologies, I've just removed my name as a volunteer marshall for the first event.

A dislocated shoulder means I'm not riding or even driving at the moment, so please somebody fill the gap and I will volunteer for a couple when I am back on the road.

Cheers

Matt
