Langdale End, one of my favourite rides. Clockwise route, with earlyish cafe in Thornton-le-Dale (you could head back direct from cafe if you have to be back early, or don't fancy the challenging roads through Dalby and Troutsdale....) Full route is about 140k taking in some of the best cycling in the area.
