Since it was introduced the 8.45 on Sat morning has suffered a bit through lack of formal leader. Consequently it's been a bit on/off and people have been confused over what sort of ride it actually is.
Mike Rogers has recently joined us and has now put his hand up as the regular organiser of this ride. Thanks Mike!
The ride will still meet at 8.45 and aim to set off by 9am on a fast (18+mph) half day ride. He'll post details on the Discussion Board in advance. Format will be brisk, non-stop but, unlike the Training Ride it'll be a Social ride and nobody will be dropped. Mike is new to the area so will be grateful for help with routes etc.
