here i'am back after 12 days off
did the hartlepool 10m t/t up at sedgefield last sat ( 2nd june )
and finished with a happy time of 22:21 for 6th place
sorry i didn't make tli yesterday but with it been a nice day did
50m around amplefoth and then went ------ wait for it---- fishing
topped me tan up anyway.

Well I'll ask Nige even if no one else is going to:
Did you catch anything?
If so what and how big?
Where did you fish and with what bait?
And was it on float or ledger?
And your 10 mile result wasn't bad either!
