Don't forget the "Endurance training with HRM Seminar" tomorrow evening (Mon 16th) at 1900, Sports Science Dept, St Johns College. Strictly Clifton members only and no charge.

Judgeing by the number of beeps on club rides I guess many of you are keen on this stuff!
