Venue: Sports Hall, Joseph Rowntree School, Haxby Road, New Earswick, York, YO32 4BZ,
Time: 7.10-8.00 please arrive at 7.00 ready to ride at 7.10 Cost: £4.00

Indoor roller sessions, run by British Cycling qualified coaches, these structured sessions are designed to teach the basics skills of riding rollers, sessions will progressively develop skills and fitness.
A perfect way to improve your cycling during the winter months.
Sessions are suitable for all abilities.

No rollers no problem!!!

Rollers: The Junior club has bought a number of rollers which are available for hire. The cost is £10 per month, minimum hire period is one month, you will also receive an initial coaching session to help you get started.
