Sat 20th Training Ride?
Anyone out for the training ride on Sat?
Good ride that, only 3 for the first 5 miles, me Michael and another guy sorry never got his name, Michael broke off about 5 miles due to doing another ride later on, so it was just me and another guy where is everyone????
It was a hard ride with headwind up to A64 near Leeds then tailwind, as like last week it was the bramham loop and from loverton hall or w/e it is called to Cawood was fast, 28 average.
All in all 55 miles 21.5 avg good workout.
Did you get home ok? Oh BTW nice bike wish I could have some deep section carbon wheels like that for when I do my next TT :p
