Wednesday night training rides

Weather permitting is anyone interested in a ride this Wednesday. I would suggest doing the flat route out via Bishopthorp back via Coulton with the route skipping Acaster Malbis because of the flooding.
Meet 6.30pm outside Cycle Heaven - speed to suit whoever turns up and ride as a group

I've the Mother of all Colds - must be that soaking last Saturday - so won't be there.

May be out on Saturday but depends on rate of recovery - I'm not optimistic
