I've signed up for the 160km Big G sportive. Not done it before but I am reliably informed that last year was a great weekend and well worth staying over for...Friday night there's a National Race Circuit Championship through Beverley town, the Cyclosportive is on Saturday, and then the Elite East Yorkshire Classic on Sunday.
Hopfully we'll see some of you there too, there's three sportive distances to choose from all for the same price, decent food along the way and athe finish, and plenty of pro's to gawp at on Friday and Sunday while you prepare / recover with your t-shirt and water bottle! www.eastyorkshireclassic.co.uk

Hi good to hear that someone else will be joining me again this year, your correct last years event was very well organised, even though some imp changed some direction signs near Huggate on the way out - otherwise everything went like clockwork. So come on all you aspiring Saturday riders lets see you getting the benefit of all those wonderful wolds roads - some you might know others you wont.
