This week Bernard will be leading the club run.
The distance will be about 75 miles and there will be a cafe stop.
Route and pace will depend on who turns up. Bernard will keep it nice and social.
It is a good week to come along for the first time or if you have been of the bike for a while. Richard said last weeks ride was a good bridge between Kevin's and Howards groups. Longer distance than Kevin's group but not the faster pace of Howard's group.
Over the next couple of months we will be building up stamina to be ready to get some longer/hilly rides in when the clocks change.
So it's a good time to join us as we get those base miles in.
