Bike postage

Post by allyst170 »

hi,

Looking for some help, bought myself a marin fairfax off ebay. But even though it was advertised as being able to post the seller is now saying no courier will take it. Find this a bit odd, I know weight won't be an issue. anybody have any ideas if this is the case or used any other couriers.

Thanks

Ally

We've sold a couple of bikes on ebay and we used interparcel.com with no hassle - it cost around £15. I think they prefer it to be in a box though rather than just wrapped up (I seem to remember that being one of the conditions). Also bought a couple of bikes off ebay and they arrived for the same price - in cardboard boxes.

Hope that helps.
