The tables can take between 8 -10 comfortably
I don't have everyone's address so please do spread the word.
Timing: 7pm for 7:30 sharp start with our infamous Chairmans opening speech. You have to be there to appreciate his wonderful voice and legendary speeches.
Parking:
There is space for 50 cars, parking abilities dependant
If the car park is full there is the street just outside or one street along.
Bikes:
There are some wooden tressles but please bring your own lock as the hotel cannot be responsible, as with the cars.
Bar open times:
The bar is open when we arrive and we have our own bar area where you can congregate socially and comfortably.
If you would like to pre-order wine for your table please contact the hotel direct. It must be paid for at the time of ordering but does mean the wine is on the table at the start. Ben is copied in on this email and the number is given below.
We have the room until pumpkin (12pm) time and we have 45 minutes to vacate BUT if you are having a good time you can buy what you need before 12 and use the other lounge areas of the hotel after that, but, you cannot buy more drinks after 12. The rest of the hotel is quite comfortable and cosy.
Food portions:
It is good size portions so unless you have done a hundred miler and have a raving appetite then no need to stop at McDonalds on the way in
The starters are after Bernard and Paul's speeches.
Bar Arrangements:
As usual all drinks must be bought and paid for by the attendees.
If you would like to run a tab the hotel will gladly do this for you on the security of a credit card.
We have our own room which you will see as it is the first one as you access the hotel from the car park.
