MTB - Dalby Black Route

I'm thinking of getting across to Dalby in the next few weeks and having a go at the black route, but I've heard that it isn;t in the best condition compared to the red route - Does anyone have a view on this please ?

Don't think much of the red is in great condition at the moment but you're on an mtb so it doesn't really matter :lol:
