Garmin Edge 305 GPS-enabled cycle computer. Complete with HR monitor strap and rear wheel speed/cadence unit. All wireless operation. Comes with Garmin software for ride analysis etc. You *can* use this for navigation but it's very basic; where it excels is as a computer/HRM with a big, configurable display and the ability to download everything to a PC. Also has "virtual training partner" facility so you can use it for pacing during TT's (regular viewers will correctly guess that I've never used this feature). Comes with mounting bracket, charger, manual, etc.
I've had it two years. They seem to currently go for about £190 having been brought down in price since the arrival of the fancier 605/705 models. Yours for £50.00.
