Sunday Club Run
There's a chance I might be able to do my annual club run on Sunday, are a few of you intending to be out?
Helen, where are you planning to go, hopefully somewhere that's got a fair few upward bits because I can certainly use the practice.
As it's a while since I've come on a club run, how fast are you going on the flat bits these days, 18+ would be nice, but if you do 15ish I'd probably be better going for 3 or 4 hours on my own.

Hello
Interested in coming on my 1st club run this Sunday.
Know the kick off time is 09.00 but can anyone give me some good directions to the square (I'm coming in from near Pocklington) and any tips on where to leave the car if I'm feeling too lazy to cycle in? Thanks
Also, what sort of distance is planned for this week?
Cheers
Simon

Head towards York, straight on over the ring road and then, if driving, follow signs and park in the Park & Ride. Ride into York (A1079) through a few lights to traffic lights with city wall in front, go right down Foss Islands road, when you get to the lights near bridge go straight on along one way system (this is all on the inner ring road). At next lights straight on Lord Mayors Walk (you will see Minster on left). At next lights left down Gillygate, at next lights straight on and the Exibition Square is on your right.
Hope this helps
The ride will be around 70/80 miles.
If you are going to the TT tomorrow, see you there, I am on the sign on desk.
