Howard, invest in a cadence sensor on your fixie then we can see just how fast your legs are spinning.

I've already got the cadence/speed sensor for the 705 Ian. I fitted it to my Madone but thought it looked a bit "clunky" so I removed it - shallow I know! I'll get it bunged onto the fixed pronto.

On Wed. my max speed on my 42-16 fixed was 27.5mph which means that my cadence maxed out at, er, (gets calculator out...) 134rpm. Is this a lot? Don't really know much about cadence...
