Date of Reliability Ride?

Should be 1st Sunday in Feb = 1st of Feb as far as I can ascertain. Can anyone confirm as I need to 'organise my diary'

Can anyone confirm also that it will be finishing in Stamford Bridge again this year.

Sorry guys we are going to have to cancel the Reliabilty Ride this year.
In return for giving us insurance for the event (thats the 3rd party kind which covers us if someone unconnected with the event makes a claim) British Cycling now recommend a risk assessment, inspection of the course within 48 hrs of the event & notification to the relevent police forces. This would then mean having warning & direction signs etc. None of which I'm prepared to organise for what is really just a clubrun.

agree with paul, bit of a shame =[ but could it be possible to organise it as a club run? Mum's happy to list it as a special clubrun as long as we have some ideas of numbers etc, could discuss at AGM next week?
