MTB Racing

Post by charlie »

Rode the MBXC round 5 near Burton on Sunday. Short twisty course, good racing, and dry conditions. Got fourth on the day, which secured third overall in the midlands series.

If anyone is interested in doing either the last round of the NPS (there is an open/fun category, so it doesnt have to be serious racing!) on saturday or the Merida MTB marathon on Sunday (either/or NOT both!) give me a shout. I am keen to go there and back in the day. I'll drive, just need someone to split fuel with.
These are both great events and worth doing (although I think the weather will be better on Saturday for the NPS!)

Let me know if interested...

Yes, congratulations on what sounds like an excellent series of performances
I did half wonder whether we might organise an mtb race next year - maybe something to discuss Monday?
Would be interested to hear what people like Andy and Charlie think about this
