Printing

Post by cath »

Printing for the cliftonite.

Our regular printers are no longer trading, does anyone have any suggestions? Many printers won't do smaller print runs like ours and it's proving difficult to find anyone offering reasonable prices.

What's the volume you're thinking of Cath? And what did you pay before? I can ask at work (York College), I think they do commercial stuff too.

A family friend owns and runs Best Print in Malton (01653 693863) I can't comment on cost or minimum print run quantities but they may be interested and able to print the magazine.

You could also try http://www.basicsplus.org/ They are a subsidised enterprise which do reprographics amongst other things. They are based in Scarborough and help people with learning difficulties gain employment skills.

I have had some work done by North Wolds Printers in Pocklington that did a sailing club anniversary booklet. They were extremely helpful and the results first class.
