Make sure you have a rest day tomorrow.
Carbo load - pasta meal for dinner.
Good breakfast.
Eat when you get the square.
Eat whilst riding - something small every half an hour.
Pasta or beans at lunch /high glucose desert
Be nice to your legs on the way out.
If you feel you are working hard when we are riding to the hills ask for the person on the front to knock it of half a mile.
Try and ride steady avoid putting in digs/sprint efforts as they wear you down.
Lastly you are doing quite a few extra miles so it would be really helpfull if you could get a lift out,Better than a lift back.

Is a pasta meal for breakfast ok? or some rice? Surely that would be better than a bowl of cornflakes?
So instead of eating one of my snack bars in one go, just eat half of one?
William,
Helen's advice is a extremely sensible, however that's not how it was done when I was your age. Comments added below.

I had it in mind it would be slightly harder.Matt G wrote:Hi there,
I'd like to do tomorrow's ride, but is that Jordans as in Jordan Moss? Would I be right in thinking that this will be ever so slightly less challenging than the ride Fleet Moss ride two weeks ago?
I'm guessing it's an 8:30 start.
Matt
Well that run was quite good, had to do a couple of runs around my village though to get the mileage to 121miles as 117 was not enough.
On the way back inbetween ryther and Cawood I seen a british cycling lorry, was a fast ride back with the tail wind and I got lost in tadcaster but soon realised I cant go wrong if I keep going into the direction of the booze factory. My legs are aching abit but I'm sure those beens and cheese on a jacket patato helped but I certainly need to try get better at high mileage I'm not happy with my performance yet, I'm more annoyed at myself at the fact I'm not performing anywhere near as well as I was on the Ron Kit , short distance I'm much better but long distance I'm going downhill
