Rydale rumble

I have been looking at the Crap website of the Rydale Rumble and it says the 188K start is at 7am.

I may go for this start as it could be a warm day.

Is this one like the White rose classic when you could start at any time between 8am and 10am ?

I now see it can be anytime between 7am and 9am.
