Extra incentive to go over and watch?

First time I went to watch the event (2005) I'm sure they were both present on the night. Cavendish certainly was, emerging as the winner at the end of it all - no doubt he'd be keen to bag another victory on the same course.

Sounds like a top night out. Anyone else interested. A folding bike ride out and train back?

I'm going to toddle over and watch, hopefully persuading my old man to come down and watch as well.

I'll be in the car though, getting there from Hull on a bike before the start is pushing it a bit.
