Chainrings

Post by Rob »

I need a new chainring for my Airborne which is running 10 speed. The 10 speed chainrings (at first glance) are £15 more than 9 speed!

Has anybody tried running a 10 speed chain on a normal chainring?

What's normal? You mean "on an obsolete chainring" :)

But yes, I've done it and it works fine. Might be wise to acoid the new ultra-narrow Record chain though,.
