Thanks again to Dave and all involved for another great event...

On a slightly sour note, I had a junior rider sit on my wheel for over 2 miles tonight, gaining a considerable advantage over the other juniors.

Can we all stick to the rules in future please for safety and fairness!

Thank you Matt. Anyone draughting your wheel would certainly have gained an unfair advantage. Can you provide me with the riders number and I'll give suitable advice.

A junior did that to me on the first Sutton TT of the season for several miles, and then as I was passed drafted the guy who passed us both. Sorry I should have said at the time, but let it go.

Thank you Michael. I'm sure it's youthful exuberance and perhaps an unfamiliarity regarding the rules and etiquette of time trial racing. It's great to see juniors taking part and I don't want to dissuade them in any way. I'll address in a supportive way as part of their learning curve towards time trialling.

Totally agree Dave, I love to see the youngsters taking part and they may not be aware of the drafting rule even, always worth making you aware of any infringements so that these can be easily rectified in a helpful yet encouraging way.

I was hoping to draft Andy when he caught me after 5 miles but instead allowed him to stuff another minute into me instead!

Thanks for making this event happen Dave at short notice and to everyone who helped and for arranging perfect conditions, but blimey those roads never get any easier!

A bit late I know but just wondering about the thread title. Did I miss a nearly flat 10 or a flat nearly 10?
