In the absence of our intrepid leader Rob this Sunday, the plan is for a trip to Filey as we haven't been to the seaside for quite a while. At a little over 100 miles and some gentle hills it should be a good time to stretch the legs after last week's hill-fest.

That's close! I bet they didn't cycle out to Filey into a block headwind before going for it! Good luck with the Fred this weekend, I'm sure you'll hit your target time.
