We go to rufforth, then up a168 to boroughbridge, across to crayke then Sutton on forest, strensall and haxby. About 55 miles.

5 of us out yesterday. First group ride for me for a while. Just getting back to fitness and wasn't sure I would hang on but felt ok and benefited from fact that this is a flattish route. Really enjoyed the ride and hope to be out next week. If we're going 'round the clock' I think it'll be the East route next week which has a few lumps on it along the way ...Yikes!
