Training Ride 19 March

Sorry (yet again!) for late posting. I had planned to be racing on Sunday so wouldn't be pitching up tomorrow but struggling to shake off a chesty cold which I've had for about 3 weeks now (poor me :? ) so unlikely I will race but ...either way... I won't be out tomorrow. Bang goes my aspirations for any good performances in these early season races :( . Hope to be doing something meaningful on the bike next week.
