Inters/A-Ride for Sat, Jan. 30th

Today's strong winds are expected to ease slightly and continue tomorrow, so I figured we wouldn't want to head West.

Since many of us enjoyed the recent route up to Thirsk, I took inspiration from that and mapped in some hills for the FW crew; Boltby Bank (a first for me) and Rievaulx Bank with a stop in Helmsley. Returning through Hovingham and Terrington.

114Km / 71 miles square to square with 1,200m / ~4,000' of climbing.

As always for this time of year, fenders and lights recommended :)

Given the expected wind, it's a shorter distance and less climbing than last week :D

Although I expect Boltby Bank will be a tough nut...
