3 Bridges or 150km route from Hull to York

[like my bike]

I have received an email from a dutch cycling club who are planning a trip to York in September, they are looking for routes from the ferry to York on Saturday and York - Hull on Sunday

Saturday 150km a round 90Miles Hull - York
Sunday 125km/77Miles York - Hull

Any ideas anyone?
