Majorca, Tenerife etc

I've heard lots of good things about these week long training camps in the sun but unfortunately I am piss poor at organization.

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced do-it-all company in Majorca or Tenerife for half term. There are two of us wanting accommodation and transfers, route recommendations and perhaps some take it or leave it bunch riding from fellow guests depending on whether we can keep up!

A couple of years ago I went to Majorca with Stuart Hall Cycling 'off-peak' a couple of weeks before Easter. Stayed at the Pollensa Park Hotel. Relaxed riding and really enjoyed it. Lots of cyclists, plenty of ride choice, although they did seem to avoid Sa Colabra (make sure you do it on your own if you have to.) Seemed good value at the time.
