C2C this weekend

Hi All
Myself and a Sheffield compatriot are planning on doing the C2C from Whitby and back this weekend. We are hoping to follow the sportive route to Seascale via Harknott et al. as closely as possible. I wondered, does anyone know if the route is publically available anywhere on the web? Reasonably priced accommodation in or close to Seascale is another question I need to answer. Also if any Cliftonites have travelled this recently and want to share any other tips then reply to this or PM me.

I did the Seascale to Whitby sportive last year. The route is in the link below & just incase your wondering no I can't cycle on water. The route involved taking the ferry across Windermere
