Re: York Sport Circuit Races
Hi All
I am interested in entering the race on the 22nd July but have not completed a tarmac race before all my competitive experience being CX.
Does anyone know if I could obtain an entry plus day license before this date or is it not realistic?

Ah my mistake
- looks like I would also need a sex change for the 22nd

Re: York Sport Circuit Races
There are two races on the 22nd - a women's race followed by a 2/3/4 cat race. So there's no need to make such a drastic lifestyle choice if you don't want to
, you can race in the 2/3/4 race at 19:45.
However, given it's your first race on hard ground I'd recommend waiting a week and racing the 4th cat only race on the 29th. It's possible to get a day license and enter on the day (like my bike I'm sure will confirm), so no need to do anything until you arrive at the circuit to race.
Hope this helps

Re: York Sport Circuit Races
Are there still training/practise sessions on the track?
I'm quite interested in racing these but don't want to pay my entry, brake too hard on the first corner and never see the back of the race again.
Cheers
