Pretty much the most direct route: York college, Bishopthorpe, then onto the cycle track to Naburn, through Naburn and left just out of the village to the A19 just outside Escrick, then left in Escrick, and follow the road out to the HQ. Should be at Bish library at 5:45 if that suits?
