Seacroft Wheelers Vertex:Ride Easter Road Races are now live on the BC website for you to enter. These take place on the 30th of March and all details can be found on the link below. I've posted on your forum as really its on your doorstep in Wistow and am sure members will have competed previously .

I've had an email as Racing Secretary saying that - as happens every year - this event has been wildly oversubscribed and asking whether we as a club would like to choose which of our entrants we would prefer to ride. In previous years we've been unable/unwilling to do this and have let the organiser to choose on whatever basis (first come / first served or whatever) he sees fit. I've reminded him of this and said that unless he hears back from us, he should do this. Does anyone who has entered disagree with this and wish to propose an alternative response (and then coordinate it!)?

Fine by me. Last year the 2/3/4 wasn't full so it was possible to switch your entry if you didn't get into the 3/4.
