Lugster - I haven't been able get proper miles in myself for some time and my climbing is awful. I hope to be out tomorrow so you'll always have someone struggling more than you.
Re: Sunday 23rd Feb - The Kiplingcotes Canter
I've been out the past three Sunday's with a couple of friends, averaging around 40-45 miles, at 15-16 mph, with no stops. I'd love to make this Sunday club ride a regular thing for me but 70 miles is beyond what I've been doing of late. Would this group carry me along for the first few weeks or can someone advise me on another group to ride with to help me get up to speed?
Many thanks,
Jason

Blast, sorry for not turning up this morning - just been out to find a flat - stuck a new tube in, but in my rush I've nipped it - bah!
