Please take the short time to complete the following survey, apparently this has quietly become the male equivalent to breast cancer but with the totally useless male ability to go to the doctors when it really matters, each completed survey equals a donation to the charity.

Great idea for raising money for Prostate Cancer UK and only 5 questions, hope plenty of members give it a go.
