I cannot delete or send new PMs. Am I just incompetent or is the board not working correctly?

I can receive pm's on both pc and mobile but when I reply using my mobile and press submit….web site logs me off

Failed to happen - in other words...I messaged you, pressed send and I was still logged in. Maybe it fixed itself?
