Kippax. Poo. More training needed. So off next weekend to do 210km ride on Saturday. Will try a few more on Sunday. Flanders here I come.

Don't even mention my ride at Teesdale. I haven't felt so bad on a bike for a long time. It was a very hard day with a strong headwind all the way out.

Pete Skelton did 2:23. Wayne Randal won with 1:48, which is a staggering ride on the day.

Kit got 10th in 4 dales.
I got 4th in midlandsXC mtb race at Rugeley (staffs), which the result sounds better than it was (by a long way) - i'll just leave it at that. The conditions were dire to say the least, I was just glad to finish. Just wait for NPS round 1 at sherwood (2 weeks time) though. That will be a different story!
