Training ride, Saturday 27th

Must be time to Go West again (and we'll all have seen enough of the Kirby Misperton potholes tomorrow night...). 9am in the square for those of you who haven't got a good excuse.

Should be out. It's been a long time. Hope I've got the legs for it.

Good ride today chaps, hard work but a solid effort.

Getting stung on the head and throwing my pump away was not part of the plan, or Mart getting hit by a bird for that matter.

Out of town bit I have as 21.5mph.

That'll be why I was missing turns from Bishopwood onwards - I have 230W for the same period. Whenever NickB turns out these rides seem to go up a mile an hour; swift - but tidy - riding by all.

Hey you can't blame me! Good ride yesterday and a nice size group. Always enjoy these rides when I can make it. The bird wasn't hurt by the way!

Good stuff guys. Seemed like a respectable pace coming back into York.

Having a bird fly straight into my chest was a new experience for me! Glad to hear that the little chap was ok.
