Have you enough help for this week? If not I can help but I can only marshal if I get a lift to and from the marshalling point, I can get to Sherrif Hutton ok though with one of the competitors who can take me there and back.

Hi, I am assisting tonight and just wondering at what time is best to arrive if I am helping?

Should I just show up to the start location of the time trial?

It is usually best to turn up with about 30 mins to go to the start location of the time trial, so we know you are turning up

Also you can then get to the marshall point on time (if you are designated one far away)

and

if you are too late it gets more stressful for us as we will trying to take money and sort out timings etc!
