A plug for Bonts - I got some last year (before YCW stocked them and hence from, ahem, an online retailer which had a load of 2011 A2's at knockdown price) and can recommend them. They're stiff as a very stiff thing, and despite virtually no padding they're amazingly comfortable thanks to the bake-in-the-oven heat moulding. Once you've wrapped them round your feet, they're amazingly you-shaped. Buckles etc are replaceable; useful if you wipe one off the shoe by falling off as I did a couple of months back.
